Shipping & Returns

Orders are prepared within one to two working days. Delivery options and their exact costs are shown at checkout, once we know where the order is going — we would rather keep them off the product pages than quote a figure that turns out to be wrong.

• Delivery is free on Senca shower systems
• Refill sets and Smart Refill Plan deliveries are charged at the rate shown at checkout
• Hungary is our home market; other destinations are quoted at checkout where available
• Every order is confirmed by email, with tracking sent once it ships

If a Senca system is not right for your bathroom, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

• Systems must be unused and returned in their original packaging
• Opened filtration and Vitamin C components cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives
• A Smart Refill Plan can be cancelled from your account at any time

Ordered the wrong finish, or the wrong refill set for your model? Contact us with your order number and we will arrange the swap — unused items only.
