You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, delete or export it, or to stop using it for certain purposes. Requests are normally handled free of charge and we will respond within one month. Where permitted by the GDPR, this period may be extended by up to two additional months because of the complexity or number of requests. If an extension is necessary, we will inform you within the first month.

What you can ask for

  • Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — fix anything that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Deletion — remove your data where we have no legal reason to keep it. Order and invoice records must be kept for the period required by accounting law.
  • Export — your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent — for example to newsletter emails or analytics cookies.
  • Object — to processing based on our legitimate interests, or to direct marketing.
  • Marketing preferences — stop or change marketing emails.

To change cookie choices, use the Cookie Settings link in the footer. To unsubscribe from emails, you can also use the link in any marketing email.
