Accessibility Statement

Our standard

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The website has undergone internal accessibility improvements but has not yet been independently audited for full conformity.

What we have done

• A “Skip to content” link and a logical heading structure on every page.
• Every page and checkout step can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and errors are announced.
• Product and lifestyle images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Expandable sections announce whether they are open or closed.
• Animations are switched off when your device is set to reduce motion, and rotating messages can be dismissed.
• Text and controls are designed to meet minimum colour-contrast ratios.
• The cookie banner does not block the page and can be operated by keyboard.

Known limitations

• Some product images include written benefit information; the same information is available as text on the product page.
• Payment fields at checkout are provided by our payment providers, and their accessibility is outside our direct control.
• Some older content may still fall short in places. If you find a problem, please tell us.
