No. Senca is not a water softener. The system is designed with hard-water homes in mind and helps reduce the mineral residue that builds up inside a shower head, but softening your household water is a different process entirely and we do not claim it.

That is exactly the environment it is designed for. Filtration helps reduce the mineral residue and build-up that clogs a spray plate and makes water feel harsh, which is why flow stays more consistent and the shower feels gentler. It does not change the water supply to your home.

We present it as part of the shower ritual and sensory experience — not as a medical or clinical treatment.

Yes — Senca is designed for the standard shower hose fitting used across Europe. If your bathroom uses a non-standard connection, contact us before ordering and we will check it with you.

Roughly every three months for a typical household. The exact interval depends on your water quality and how often the shower is used — heavier use or harder water shortens the cycle.

There is one Senca Refill Set and it fits the Senca Lumen. It contains the filtration cartridge, the Vitamin C cartridge and a fresh sealing washer — everything the system consumes.

Always. The refill set is available as a straightforward one-time purchase, at any time, with no plan attached.

You buy your shower system at its normal price. From then on, the refill set is sent to you automatically every three months at the lower plan price, so the system keeps performing without you having to remember anything.

Yes. Plans are managed from your Senca account, where you can reschedule a delivery, update your details or cancel. We will not lock you into a term.

Refills on the plan are 11 700 Ft instead of 14 600 Ft, so you keep 2 900 Ft on every delivery — and you never have to think about ordering one.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, and only useful if you want to track orders, see your history or manage a refill plan.

Every order gets a confirmation email, and you can look an order up at any time on our order tracking page using your order number and email address.

We ship within Hungary and across the European Union. Available delivery options and their costs are shown at checkout once your address is entered.

You have 30 days to return an unused system in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened filtration and Vitamin C components cannot be returned.
